Halo teman – teman! Siapa nih yang lagi pengen belajar application letters atau biasa disebut surat lamaran kerja. Sebelum ke langkah yang selanjutnya  mari kita pelajari apa sih pengertian dari application letters itu ?


A.   Pengertian Application Letters 

A summery of young strongest and most relevant skills and abilities that will be expanded in

yourresume or selection criteria.

 

B.   Text structure application letter

a.     Opening paragraph introducing yourself and your application
b.     Body paragraph explaining why you’re great candidate and your motivation behind the application
c.      Closing paragraph with a call to action directed at the employer

d.     Signature and attachment list. 

 

C.   Fixed expression / sentences

a.      Heading :

All cover letters start with a header that includes your contact information. Regardless of the exact format you use, a header should start with your name and include your email, phone number and address on separates line. Some people include links to their portofolio or social media if that information is relevant to the position

If you have room on the page, you can also include the name and contact information of the hiring manager company. People usually include employer contact information on their cover letter if they are submitiing a hard copy, but this part of the header is considered optional.

b.     Salution

If begin with “Dear sir” or “Dear madam”, end with faithfully.

If begin with a name, end with “yours sincelery”

c.      Opening

State intentions and bring self to the attention of the reader in order to make clear what job you are applying for

d.     Body or content

Use one of the following in each of your midde paragraphs to provide the reader woth plenty of reasons to invite you to an interview :

·       Education

·       Work experience

·       Ability to work with others and/or alone

·       Interest in your field

·       Interest in the company

e.      Closing paragraph

Use the closing paragraph to ensure action from the reader. You can ask for an interview appointment time, stating that you will be happy to come to the employer’s office when convenient. Make it easy for the readers to follow up by providing your telephone number and email address

f.      Enclosure

Always sign application letter.it shows your serious intention and dedication.

Some appropriate closing phrase are :

·       Best regards

·       Respectfully
